So i don't think this is the right place to ask but is it possible to have a client sided script that reconects me to a server when it restarts? (not crash)

Crash screen scripts trigger when you are timing out. Not when the server is manually being shut down. I don't think what OP is asking is possible.

It can be done with hack-ish methods but I dont see why you'd bother tbh.

a changelevel does the trick, why wanting them to rejoin if you shutdown the server

He wants to rejoin a server he doesn't own to claim activity prices and be afk on the server all the time

He kinda wants a lua script or an external programm that clicks on "join server" when it's online again
