Any gmod server veterans that can help me?
I just recently started trying to make my own server and it was going pretty smoothly at first, but when i switched to an actual server hosting site instead of running it off my pc without portforward that way i could use the hosting service's free MySql database stuff because i have no clue what it even is or how i woulda set one up. But i tried installing Bricks Essentials and had tons of issues, first the f4 menu wouldnt show up or anything, then enabling mysql gets rid of like all player data and jobs and everything like that, tried just going back to xenin and now ITS now showing up when i hit f4 but i could access the deathscreens, coinflips and such thru command.. im just so lost it makes me want to give up but i really dont wanna give up. Ask me any questions you need to. If needed asking for my discord or steam might give faster responses than on here
I know im a noob to all this shit lmfao but i feel like somethings up or i lost track of somethings and messed stuff up i have no idea D: it hurts my head
Also im not asking anyone to do anything FOR me or anything would just absolutely love some advice, help or a guide on why this stuff isnt working and stuff that worked before isnt working now, will provide screenshots of any folders/files off addons or server that is needed just ask!
