DarkRP Arresting Broken

Hello,
The arresting within my server is broken. I am receiving absolutely no errors. When you go to hit someone with the arrest baton, it just doesn't work! I am not using an external arresting addon, and I do have all the default police jobs disabled. Anything is appreciated! :)
You have to define your custom jobs as "Civil Protection" Clases in jobs.lua at the very bottom.
