Weapon Switch Menu (Help)

Good evening, I'm starting to doubt my HUD has a decent Weapon Switch Menu. I can't get it to draw properly nor show the weapon icons and name. If someone could spare an hour or has a version I could look at to help me get an idea of the code. I would be really grateful.
