Bitminers 2 and extra doesn't work on paid hosting but works on local.
On both servers i have same addons, but on server which i launch on my computer bitminers are purchasable in f4 menu and spawnable in Q menu and on my hosting it dont show in Q menu and f4 menu. I have installed cb-lib on both servers.I have blue's ATM too and it work. Someone have idea why this dont work? A and my hosting is running on Linux but my pc is running on windows, can be this a problem?

I will try tomorrow deleting all mods except bitminers 2 and extra and cb-lib on hosting and on local server and if it work.
What's the folder of the addon called? Does it have capital letters? Does it have spaces?
Some operating systems have problems with some file/folder names.
Try to keep the folder name to something like bitminers_2
Im gonna just change names to bitminers_2 and bitminers2_extra and i gonna check it work.

Nevermind it works, it didnt worked before bcuz i named it Bitminers_2 and Bitminers2_extra not bitminers_2 and bitminers2_extra. When i changed it to bitminers_2 and bitminers2_extra it started working. Thanks for help.
Be aware of that in the future. If your server is running on Linux your addon folders can't have any spaces or capital letters in the name, otherwise it works fine on windows servers. It's best practise to keep your addon folders lower case and space less.
