What did you open a ticket about?

There's no harm in asking people other than the dev for support. Yes, you shouldn't be waiting a month for a response from a ticket, but at the same time, that shouldn't be stopping you from being unable to resolve whatever you're trying to do.

The problem with that is that any other developer would need the script.

Nonetheless it's the developer who should be offering support for his script though. Unless he has set the script support status to "No Support".

It was a feature request/bug report

Edited So? What should I do? I have tried adding on steam. No response
