Private message the developer... could just be paypal being laggy. PM him a copy of your paypal receipt. I just checked myself and it doesn't show that you tried to purchase at all. So ensure the money came out, and if it did, just PM him with a screenshot of the invoice, etc, and he'll take care of it.
And stop being sad over a script.
Fuck shity slow ass PayPal API. (I took care of this last night anyway)
