Division Addon Idea/Question

I am developing a division RP server and I am in need of an addon where it basically tells you when somebody has gone rogue like in the real game.

What the addon should do:

If a player shoots another player they become visible to everyone on the map.

If the player doesn't want to die they must live out without killing anyone. then the time will go on.

However, if they do carry on killing the timer will go on.

If anyone can tell me if this already exists or they are willing to create it for me it would be great!
