Is it possible, at all, to make a voice changer script, for when you press your speak/microphone activation button in gmod, it changes how you sound, this could be use for various rp's. Can it be done?

Funnily enough I brought a voice changer called morphvox pro and it takes a bit of config but it work. It's honestly the best thing ever for when you wanna become a sqeaker or just spam the mic with fucking animal sound

Not for client, I guess you could if you owned a server, you could do a check for specific steam ids or names.

Client ain't gonna do jack.

Actually, I have had someone recently talking to be about them being able to develop this kinda thing. I'm not sure if its completely whitehat, though. You might need to run a module on the client.

Get the autogain module, see how it works, learn how to c++, code shit, abandon the project and give up.
