Looking for staff members for a new opening community

I don't think a marketplace full of developers and server owners is a place to find staff

If youre having trouble finding good staff from inside your community you probably have a deeper issue to sort out.

Not necessarily, we don't have any staff because we have just started up. The server isn't open yet but we are hiring for preparations for when we do open, we are backed and branded by a social media influencer who plans to bring his community over to his Garrysmod server. So essentially we are expecting a rather large turn out of users. So I don't see pre-hiring staff as such a bad thing.

You paying?

Some of the roles will be a paid positions, however this falls under criteria that needs to be reached. for example, a certain numbers of tickets being answered every week/month or online time.
