in French
so you can learn French and Lua at the same time, big deal boys
Instead of paying out of the arse to get lessons from people who are most likely self-taught themselves, You may want to try and do some self-teaching of your own.
Code Blue's Lua tutorials (Watch these first)
His accent is a little bit hard to understand so you may want to watch Threebow's tutorial videos (if he continues them).
If not there's plenty of text-based tutorials for Lua. A big misconception in the gmod community is that gLua is somewhat significantly different to Lua when it only has minor differentiations with the syntax ( syntax is kind of like coding grammar), You should learn (at very least) the basics of Lua before attempting to deviate to gLua.
Tutorial On Lua's Official Website
But if you do insist on being taught by others, You'd probably want to be taught by someone who has some sort of background in teaching, rather than someone who is just a good programmer and is shit at teaching. (Not insinuating that anyone commenting prior to me is a shit teacher)
If that's the route you wanted to go down (which I don't recommend personally), you may want to try one of those teaching websites like Udemy or Skillshare as I imagine there's some kind of quality control process that is conducted.
Here's some useful links I found
An affiliate code I found on google for 2 months free on skillshare (NOT MINE)
Introduction to Lua Programming Course
Just to be clear, I myself have never used any of those online courses so I couldn't comment on how good they are. You're probably best of trying to self-teach yourself rather than using these and you should treat them as a "last resort" if anything.
I just don't recommend trying to learn from someone on GmodStore based on some add-ons they've made, because some of them could see your age and see you as a cash cow and might try prolonging the learning process to get more money out of you. There are a lot of trash people on GmodStore with high ratings so don't take that for face value either.
Also do not take the dumb ratings my comment will get as some sort of sign that what I've suggested is an inferior way of learning. Plenty of people who are creating content on Gmod now are self-taught and I myself think that self-teaching yourself programming languages is the favourable route to go down as that's how I taught myself python and the basics of Lua.
Good luck learning pal, It won't be easy but it'll pay off for you in the long run not to be another DarkRP configure-er.
Use Google, simple as that.
