Hey, Does anyone have any suggestions when it comes to free graphical designing software? It's something I really want to get into but I'd never had enough money to buy the leading programs. How does a poor person start something he's most likely not good at? :3

I think there is a free version of Photoshop, as far as I can remember its CS2.
