Refund Questions
Hey is there a place I can check if I can get a refund for a addon? I bought this addon a couple days ago and it doesnt work properly.
- The gametracker integration doesnt work
- Doesnt change the maps properly and some other stuff.
Any easy way I can refund it? just make a support ticket?

That's beasts script, and I'm pretty sure if you put a ticket in, he'll help you. We don't usually grant refunds because you're purchasing a digital product. We have no way of ensuring you'll never use it again. Drop him a ticket, I know him personally, he wouldn't just let a ticket sit there. Besides, no one should be requesting a refund unless you've made attempts to contact the developer (and no, not by just adding him on steam), but actually dropping a support ticket and waiting for a response.
I've seen hundreds of times where people complain "The script doesn't work" and it ends up being the customer doing something wrong. (no offense).
This must be an issue with yourself and the way you set it up. I use this addon and it works fine for me.
