The addon is not working.

If you are having problems making the addon work make sure that you have installed it correctly. Click here for instructions on how to install jBlacklist correctly. If that didn't solve your issue make a support ticket.

I'm having script errors.

If you are having script errors make sure that you are using an updated version of the addon. If you are using the latest version please create a support ticket where you provide the following information:

1. How you created the errors.
2. Your server console logs.
3. Your game console logs if it was caused ingame.

I have found a bug.

If you are have found a bug make sure that you are using an updated version of the addon. If you are using the latest version please create a support ticket where you provide the following information.

1. How to re-create the bug.
2. Your server console logs.
3. Your game console logs if it was caused ingame.

Can I get a refund of my purchase?

The license of the addon clearly states that there will be no refunds.
