This issue is caused by an empty config file. NOT leanconfig.lua
The best way to go about solving this issue would be to go into your server's garrysmod/data folder and find lean_production. If this doesn't exist, create the folder and the script will do the rest for you. If you have this file, enter it and delete the config.txt file.
