Getting Support

Getting help with for something you bought is easy! You should always ask the person who made it first, since they are the quickest way of getting the information you need! Below is an example of where to find the "Help & Support" button that will display on most scripts on the site.

Response Times

Please, do not be impatient. Support is not guaranteed here and developers often have jobs outside of gmodstore; so they aren't available to reply to your tickets at all times.

Once the reply has been submitted, we ask that you do not spam the developer repeatedly over a short duration in order to get your ticket noticed. Generally, you should give developers 24-72 hours for a reply. We understand that certain issues impact your user base, however, this is part of being a server owner. You should simply notify your server that a particular feature is not operating properly and ask them for patience.

If the issue is major and causes errors or breaks the entire game-play of the server, we recommend that you temporarily remove the addon from your server until the developer associated to the addon gives you the assistance you need.

Repeatedly submitting ticket replies over a short duration of time can result in a temporary ban that will make you unable to submit tickets at all.

REVIEWS

Do not immediately post a negative review or report a script if the developer does not reply. If you report a script or give a negative review before asking for support, you will be temporarily banned.

If you have submitted a ticket, please allow 72 hours to pass BEFORE reporting the script to us.

Payment Disputes

As per the LICENSE.TXT file you were provided at the time of downloading your purchase addon, clause 9.1 disallows refunds, even in the event of flaws:

Licensee warrants that he inspected The Software according to clause 7 and that it is adequate to his needs. Accordingly, as The Software is intangible

goods, Licensee shall not be, ever, entitled to any refund, rebate, compensation or restitution for any reason whatsoever, even if The Software contains material flaws.

If you initiate a chargeback a purchased script that you are not getting support for, without contacting gmodstore support first, you will be banned from the site permanently. Submit a ticket to the developer of the script, and if you do not receive a reply within 72 hours, then Submit a Report to gmodstore and we will review it.
