Reporting Reviews
You can report reviews that goes against our guidelines.
Before submitting a report, please try to reach out to the user by sending them a private message on Pivity. Let them know in a friendly way that their review goes against the guidelines and if they can kindly remove it.
If that does not work then you can submit a site ticket and include the following:
- A link to the product.
- A link to the private message that you sent to the user.
- A picture of the review.
We'll evaluate the report and remove the review if we find that it goes against our guidelines and that you've tried to handle the situation in a proper manner.
