Updated XEON DRM loader to auto updating one.
This will fix the "Malformed IP address" error some customers are getting.

Significantly improved physgun pickup detection (thanks to new gmod update)
Fixed players being able to spawn stuff in while they're picked up
Fixed bug where dropped players wouldn't select their active weapon they had before being picked up
Updated XEON domain.
Addresses the problem where players can pickup anything regardless of prop permissions.
