L² License Plates

Howdy deez,

It's been a hot minute since I've used Simfphys, but it should be as simple as following the guide in the docs, or the video guide on this page for adding plates.

I see you've stated that there is Simfphys vehicle support, do you have the link for the support or any guide to how to apply this to Simfphys vehicles? It doesn't state in the License plate system that this supports any listed Simfphys vehicles, so I am unsure whether or not to go ahead in purchasing the product.

Hey gabigabo2003, there is Simfphys vehicle support, and I've not had any reports that it isn't working, so that should be fine for you.

I'm unsure if Realistic Car Dealer supports L2 plates, but if it uses regular gamemode hooks, then it will. If not, I'll have a chat with Kobra and see if we can get something worked out.

It should be, so long as Helix calls standard gamemode hooks (but I've not personally confirmed), and no.

Is this Helix compatible, and does this have support for faction-specific license plates (e.g. police, government, civilian)?

If it's setting the same data as Sandbox / DarkRP, it should do.

Plates are assigned per vehicle, per player. If they spawn the same vehicle twice, it has the same plates.

with these plates I saw that it’s per vehicle plates, does the plate change every time a player spawns that vehicle or is the plate assigned to that player when they spawn their vehicle from a car dealer? Or does it randomize each and every time?

How does it assign license plates to vehicles? It's based on the player right? Would it be, hypothetically possible for me to program without a ballache to assign temporary license plates on vehicles?

Here's a great suggestion, a text label of some sorts above the NPC's head, gives a nice identity to the NPC.
