Bug fixes and improvements to targeting system to prevent incorrect targeting at times and incorrect "Invalid target" messages
Fix for a weird bug with activity tracking sometimes showing a ridiculously large time
Changed addjailpos command to addjailposition to prevent a conflict with the /addjailpos command in DarkRP
Fixed a bug causing commands to target the admin when an invalid target is given (admin will still be targeted when no target argument is given)
Fixed a bug with jail model scale not changing the collision box size correctly
Added xadminassignallperms serverside command to assign all permissions to a group (example usage: xadminassignallperms Super Admin)
