Bought it to actually give it a go, even though I don't own a server. Used it on a SRCD's server. The Administration stick is a easier way to deal with people on the server, more quickly and more efficiently. It's easy to use, and has all the useful commands you need to administrate. The configuration is really small, because it doesn't need to be big, the config has all it needs, the ranks that can have it, and whether or not it should use ULX. This script is worth buying, and it's actually pretty decent. Ignore the people arguing. Crap-Head's work is top-notch.
