UPDATE

1. Moved the "you have died and dropped xx" notification into the CH_ATM.Config.DropMoneyOnDeath config check.
2. Added a different notification if that config is disabled, but you still loose money.
3. Added the ability to pay on card scanners with Alt + E.
4. Must be enabled with config CH_ATM.Config.CanPressAltEToPay (disabled by default)
5. You can change ALT to another key with config CH_ATM.Config.AltKeyToPay
