ATM (Cryptos Integration, Upgrades, Hacking, Credit Card & Terminal)

UPDATE

1. Added config CH_ATM.Config.TakeMoneyFromOnlinePlayers
2. When a hack is successful, this determines if online players should have some money taken from their account or the server purely pays for the hacked amount.
3. By default it's always just divided the stolen amount out on all online players.
