Fixed bug in SQLite where multiple servers caused list entries in jobs to duplicate in the menu.
Fixed permissions bug in the add/remove buttons on the menu.
Added "clear whitelist" and "clear blacklist" buttons for operators in whitelist/blacklist settings.
