BitCoin Collector - A bitminer addon

Essential update.

1. Optimized the code. (More detail below)
2. Organized the code. (More detail below)
3. Removed 50 lines of code from the NPC (Now ran through SWEP)
4. Re-coded rest of the PC case (reduced with 60 lines of code).
5. Cashed all the model strings in a table (more efficient)
6. Re-coded the hard-disk bitcoin system.
7. Added a USB SWEP, to transport bitcoins to the NPC. (Replaces HDD)
8. Added new content to the resource.addfile loop.
9. Created the entities/jobs for darkrp & added in to a .txt.
