Update of Character Creator

1. [ADD] Now you can activate a settings for set a random Name like for SCP-Roleplay
2. [ADD] I Added a limit of caracters on the name and the surname
3. [ADD] I added a list of caracters than the player can use for the name
4. [ADD] Now you can disable the Sex and the Nationality
5. [ADD] Blur when the player choose his character
6. [DEBUG] Sometimes there is a problem with the save of the money

ps : All files are modified you have to reconfig the addon if you take this version
