This update will disable the HTTP Logger if VCMod is present on the server, this is because VCMod's DRM has checks to prevent someone from detouring the http module. I wouldnt like to add any hacky solutions to any of my addons so i have decided to go this route! :)

Some addons also have checks like this, so until we can get something implemented into garrysmod this feature wont be perfect.
