DarkRP Fire System (Fire Fighters, Extinguishers, Fire Axe, Fire Trucks)

UPDATE

1. Redone file structure and added/deleted files to organize it better.
2. Added a language system.
3. Supports English by default.

5. Fixed a nil value error with the extinguisher.
6. Added VehicleSkin to all fire trucks by default.
7. Added support for multiple fire truck spawn positions.
8. Console command to add spawn point firetruck_addspawnpos
9. Console command to clear all spawn points firetruck_clearallspawns
10. It will choose randomly when retrieving a fire truck.
11. Added DarkRP.formatNumber to extinguishing bonus notification.
12. Optimized functions serverside.

You must do a clean install for this update.
