UPDATE

1. Added savable fire extinguisher cabinets.
2. Spawn through Q menu as an admin.
3. Console command to save all cabinets fire_ext_cabinets_savepos
4. Extinguisher cabinets has a cooldown.
5. Config for cooldown CH_FireSystem.Config.CabinetCooldown
