Realistic Handcuffs - a simple cuffs system, including jailer and bailer

Should work for any gamemode, however only officially supports DarkRP

Description

This addon adds handcuffs which can be used to cuff players. Cuffed players can be dragged and put into vehicles or moved out of vehicles. It also features its own jail-system and a surrender system.

1. Inspection menu with the ability to confiscate weapons
2. Surrender System (Define surrender key in config)
3. Jailer NPC
4. Bailer NPC
5. Attatchment system (You can attatch cuffed players to props/surfaces)
6. Drag system (You can drag cuffed players)
7. Custom Arrest system (doesn't require a existing one to work)
8. Supports both jailing and unjailing positions
9. Rewards for arresting
10. Works to lockpick cuffs
11. Cuffed players have their hands behind their back and has cuffs around their hands
12. Strips players from all weapons and gives back when uncuffed
13. Forcing cuffed players into vehicles and out from vehicles
14. Cuffed players has reduced movement speed
15. Dragging players has reduced movement speed
16. Cuffed players can't spawn props, switch job, enter or exit vehicles
17. Includes Star Wars themed handcuffs and menus
18. Supports Donkies Stungun
19. Supports VCMod, SVMod, Novacars, Simfphys, LFS and SCars
20. Supports bLogs, mLogs, ezJobs and DConfig
21. ItemStore and Bricks Essentials Inventory Support (Confiscate illegal items that are defined in the config)
22. Handcuff SWEP with custom 3D models
23. Translation System, currently supports Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Turkish

Admin Console commands:

rhc_cuffplayer "Playername"

rhc_unarrestplayer "Playername"

rhc_arrestplayer "Playername" Time

Setup

Extract the folder "realistichandcuffs" and "tbfy_shared_v2" to your addons folder

Spawn and use the "Setup SWEP" from the (Q)Sandboxmenu->Weapons->ToBadForYou->Setup Swep

The Setup SWEP is also used to configure the config (some are still setup with the sh_rhandcuffs_config.lua inside the lua/tbfy_rhandcuffs folder)
