PermaWeapons - Permanent Weapons Shop (Gun shop)

1. Now weapons can be hide from shop. These weapons can't be sold or purchased.
2. And yes weapons now can be sold. (Can be configured also for each weapon)
3. Added configuration to disallow drop permanent weapons. (Only DarkRP)
4. Also some fixes.
