Fixes, changes and additions for Pointshop Trading System 1.2

If you are updating: You don't need to update your sh_tradingconfig.lua file, so you can keep all your custom configs and settings!

  1. [FIX] Fixed an issue with the Pointshop2 player selection inventory panel where the list of players would not update correctly.
  2. [CHANGE] Improved the category drop down box when there are a large number of categories being displayed.
