Fixes, changes and additions for Pointshop Trading System 1.3

If you are updating: You don't need to update your sh_tradingconfig.lua file, so you can keep all your custom configs and settings. To enable the logging feature you will need to add this new config to the bottom of the sh_tradingconfig.lua file: TRADING.Settings.EnableBuiltInLogs = true

Changelog:

  1. [ADD] Added detailed logging information for trades. Log files will output to data/pointshoptrading_logs/ when EnableBuiltInLogs is enabled.
  2. [ADD] Third party developer support for adding logs to their own logging system. See the Setup & Developer Guide
