Halloween update

1. This update is in no way mandatory, it simply adds a Halloween themed mask that you can replace the current mask with.
2. Halloween model, in both file and mounted to workshop. There are 3 different faces. Credit to The One Free-Man
3. Integration of the option to use the pumpkin mask.
