1. Removed SethHUD.CustomerConfig.FastDLL as there is no point.
2. Workshop content is automatically downloaded.
3. SethHUD.CustomerConfig.ShowPlayerTime is now disabled by default in the config.
4. SethHUD.CustomerConfig.ShowHunger is now disabled by default in the config.

You don't necessarily need to update if you're using the HUD already. This update is more focused on new customers having a better default config.
