Simple Party System

Fixes

1. Fixed an error that has to do with party member damage if someone is not in a party
2. Fixed an error with the hook i just added last night (forgot an argument... my bad)
3. Fixed a random variable being inside a netmessage (now how did that happen O.o )
4. Small optimizations
