Simple Party System

1. Developer functions and a hook (see Documentation.txt)

1. all instances of "party" in party.lua changed to "parties" to match the clientside party list
2. Lots of things....

Fixed

1. Error when taking damage from a non player
2. Error when kicking someone who wasnt online out of your party (could have swore i already fixed this one)

if you have any issues with this version please post a bug report and downgrade to 2.6.1.
