Fixes

1. Fixed scroll bar when more then 8 players were on server for inviting and kicking people
2. Fixed small error when party leader leaves the server and people are still in their party
3. Fixed not being able to kick an offline player from your party
4. Fixed being able to spam party invites
5. Fixed some grammar issues (thank you grammar Nazi)

Changes

1. Changed font on hud to match new gui
2. Changed color of the players name button when selecting them to kick

Additions

1. Added Party Name: to the hud
2. Added ability to name your party (if left blank it will be the leaders name)
