Simple Party System

Additions

1. Added config option to kick a player from their party automatically on disconnect -- thanks Cozz for the suggestion
2. Added config option to change the default chat command for party
3. Added config options to change the party chat message colors

Fixes

1. Fixed error when trying to kick someone who was not in a party through the menu (no longer puts their name in the kick list if they are not in a party) -- Thanks Caitlin for the error report

Changes

1. Changed party chat system, to work with all gamemodes (let me know if there are any issues) -- thanks Spaghetti Noodles for the suggestion
2. Moved the party chat color config options
3. Moved the "[Party]" language config option

Removal

1. party.halocolor from the config (was no longer being used)

ALL FILES CHANGED!

be sure to delete the darkrpmodule folder as it is no longer being used
