2. Added ability to set the expected return between 2% and 20%
3. Inside trader now has multiple spawn positions so it can cycle through them (set them by doing "/traderset")
4. Inside trader now auto warrants players (for DarkRP) if the player gets snitched by the NPC
5. Inside trader now also displays a warning before allowing players to talk to the inside trader so they can't accidently use it
6. The inside trade now doesn't forgot all inside traders after every event
7. Inside trader now only has a 40% chance of snitching on 1 player (use to be 100% and would say everyone), if it doesn't snitch it forgets a random player who has used inside trading
8. Shrank investment return size so for big investments so can see your return
9. Fixed bug where it subtracted the wrong amount from investment group balance (was only visual bug)
10. Fixed visual bug where it would say the wrong expected amount of what should be returned

Inside trader now does the following when a cop uses it: When the cop talks to the inside trader there is now only a 40% chance the NPC will snitch If the NPC does snitch it will only snitch a single inside trader (it use to do everyone), and then won't wont say his name again to anyone else unless the player uses the inside trader again, the NPC will then the NPC moves If the NPC doesn't snitch it tells the cop to go away forgets a random player who used the inside trader, and then the NPC moves
