1. Added Xenin Inventory support.
2. Fixed a glitch with explosions that could cause lag.
3. Removed unfinished entities that was left in the script.
4. Added compatibility with ServerGuard for donator bonuses.
5. Added a config to pre-install cooking plates on stove when spawned.
6. Config TCF.Config.InstallPlatesDefault.
7. If enabled then the cooking plate entity is also not available through the f4 menu.
