5. Added better controls for how much gas is used when cooking and how fast.
6. Config TCF.Config.GasUsageDuration controls how often gas is adjusted.
7. Config TCF.Config.GasUsagePerDuration controls how much gas is consumed when adjusted.
8. Gas is now a float. So you can set TCF.Config.GasUsagePerDuration to 0.2 for example and it will consume a lot less gas than normally.
9. Added a config to adjust how intensive/visible the smoke effect should be.
