Payment error

Hello! I live in Russian Federation and I pay from CC through PP account. When I try to buy some scripts (like spy mode or save module) there are problems with payment. For spying mode it's:

The payment you initiated has been blocked because PayPal can only facilitate payments between Russian residents when they transact in Russian Ruble. Please go back to the merchant website and choose to pay in Russian Ruble, or alternatively choose another payment method.

For saving module:

Error(s) occurred while checking out:The receiver [seller's french email here] does not accept payments in this Currency

It has probably to do with the payment system (though afaik Belarus use different money than Russia and saving module's seller said his PP account accepts all the currencies), I wonder if someone knows how it could be fixed (may be change something in paypal settings?), well, aside from paying directly - not all of the sellers agree to that method, understandable. I know other people from Russia who encountered the same problem, some tried to use different banks (though all went through PP, obviously) - no change, and direct payment through PP works OK, though sometimes there are fees. Isn't paypal automatically converting local currincies to USD/EUR/GBP?
