So I decided to terminate the steam account I'm currently using and make a new account. Is there any way I can re-link a steam account or at least get whitelisted so my new account won't be considered an alt and get banned instantly on this site?

I think if your main account isn't banned you can have a new account. But if your main account is banned your alts will be banned too

Signed up 4 weeks ago, from Hong Kong..? and This user has not yet set up their Steam Community profile.

Considering these two factors I have to agree with Drizzy on this one.

Please don't make threads like this in the future, anyone. If you are banned for being suspicious, you can make an appeal if you actually is not an alt.
