Dframe causing lua error

I have a simple Vgui script that works fine however when i "create" the gui i get an error

[ERROR] lua/vgui/dframe.lua:249: Tried to use a NULL Panel!

1. SetPos - [C]:-1

2. unknown - lua/vgui/dframe.lua:249 (x2)

I'm not sure how to fix the error... or what it may mean i might be able to fix it yet i'm not sure what it means 😭

You're trying to reference a panel that doesn't exist. This error alone isn't going to help us help you. We'd need the code too.
