Job Creating Licensing
Under Licensing what license would i need to pick where if i want a Custom Script that i would like to be made but the maker can sell the script but i would receive a % of it or that i would be able to sell it but the person or makes it cannot sell it?
Why would anyone do that?
Well b/c its my ideal. And i have all the textures i want to use.
Just pay the developer more money and post saying that you want it as an exclusive script for your server/servers. Thats what I do and I never had a problem with "leaking" of private scripts made from requests in jobs.
Another way to guarantee this is to hire someone with good rep and also who isn't an 8 year old/person who doesn't care about being banned and would possibly scam. I would post some links to reputable developers but most of the ones I wouldn't link are either not doing gmod stuff anymore or don't take requests.
Edited Also im pretty sure that there aren't any licences on this site for jobs that prohibit sale outside of the job parameters. You could always make it yourself if you really don't want others to have it and make sure that your files can't be accessed by others.
This is something you would need to discuss with the developer. Be warned, if you use the "No license", this does allow the developer to do whatever he likes with the script after giving it to you. If you're interested in uploading it to scriptfodder and splitting purchase income with them, you will need to discuss that with them and make it clear on your job listing that that is your intentions.
Advice, when it comes to something like this, make sure you're only dealing with high rep respected users as chances are someone with no rep will screw you over. Also, screenshot all chat logs, if things go tits up and you wanna fight it, you'll need screenshots.

I wouldn't someone making the Script for me. I would prefer someone else to do it since i don't have the time to make it. I would also prefer that if he did go to sell it on ScriptFodder or anywhere else that i would receive a cut. And i would also pay a lot to get it. Money isn't the problem. But thanks everyone for posting. But there is only 3 licenses to chose from. In my case which one would be the best to use. I know i don't want to use the No License but i'm not sure which one to go with between MIT License or GNU GPL V2.0?
Create your own contract would be the best bet. You would have to make sure that the person who is working for you signs and returns it making it a legal bind.
I would offer to help you but I have only studied the JCT 2011 Standard Building Contract.
I am also unsure as to whether you can do this without you being a company as such.
