Update

We decided that the $10.00 minimum only counts for the eligibility of receiving free addons. You can enter and win coupons regardless of how much you have spent.

Have you got any kinda "guestimated" ideas as to how many people you expect to take part each day?

There are 4-5k unique daily visitors, could expect maybe around ~2.5k. Even if there are way less the reward system works on a "random chance" based on how many rewards are left in the quota for a certain day. Not everyone will get something regardless if there aren't enough people

Does it matter what time the advent calendar is opened? e.g. will opening it earlier give you a better chance at getting something?

Technically opening it earlier does give you a slight advantage, but not the biggest advantage in the world. Also, the unused quota rolls over to the next day, meaning the chance of getting something does increase as the days go on granted the entire quota does not get used.

But to ensure you get something, it's better to come back every single day.

based on the same dataset as above, we tweaked the values a bit because we needed more prizes to give away. Mostly coupons are being given away so with the new quota there's roughly a 10% chance of receiving a free addon

we tried to make it as fair as possible, everyone who enter will get at least one prize, infact, most people who enter will get at least 3 prizes. 2 people were really unlucky and got 0. Hopefully that doesn't happen in the real world, but good luck!
