Car Speed

Does anyone know if there is a way that i can change car speeds and how? i have tried vcmod handling editor but its singleplayer only, i want something for a server

The VCMod handling editor is an editor that outputs a file for developers, not for active gameplay as it would cause so many compatibility issues.

Please follow its instructions.

I get access restricted, i have ulx installed in singleplayer and im superadmin

Just edit vehicle config .txt file.

I'm pretty sure hes tried what you suggested @ JarousLucky if not idek why he wouldnt...

You modify vehicle scripts. They can be found in scripts/vehicles/carname.txt (it's typically the name of the car shortened or something). Take this for example https://pastebin.com/ywuCLKSF - it's the R8 Spyder from TDMCars.

OR you can just do what Freeemaaan said and use VCMod's editor
