I downloaded the addon from github, installed the content, but for some reason the cable is not displayed on the extension cord and outlet. Who knows what the problem is?

Multiple people have had this problem in the past. Try googling "invisible ropes in gmod" and you should find some workshop discussions about the problem and possible solutions.

The main problem is that there is a rope on the local server, but there is no rope on the game server (with hosting).
