Why does it seem?

Really seems the support for specific scripts is dead, it's sad to know some people don't won't to help.

Not that dead, but would be better if the authors actually got more people to reply to the support tickets. idk if there is, but what if the authors were able to assign certain people to actually do the work for them?

What a completely melodramatic and non-specific thing to say. What scripts? What issues? Nobody can help you with no info, and nobody cares if you're just looking for attention.

Support tickets exist for a reason do they not?

That's not what he meant.

He wants to know what scripts you're not getting support for, so that we can find out why and ask the author about it.
